We have also capped the time taken for the resolution of some of the critical service requests as a maximum of 24hrs. Changes due to transition in network or new feature to be implemented is usually a pre-planned activity for that the response time is mutually decided by customer and Zeta’s support team.

  Escalation facility


At the time of solution installation, we provide our customers with a Technical Escalation List that includes complete contact details of all the office bearers responsible for resolving service queries. We encourage our customers to make use of this document in case they need additional levels of responsiveness from our service staff.
